This Privacy Policy explains how Fusionduo Technologies LLP ("Company", "FurField", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Om Chambers, 648/A, 4th Floor, Binnamangala 1st Stage, Indira Nagar, Bangalore 560038, Karnataka State, India, collects, uses, processes, shares, and protects your personal data or information (“Data”) and your pet’s data when you use our mobile app (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store), website (www.furfield.online), and related services, software, FurField-branded Devices, and features (collectively, the "Platform").We understand that your Data and that of your pet is important to you and we are committed to handling it with the utmost care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your Data and your pet’s health data when you use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you ("you", "your", or "user") acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to our use of your Data as described herein. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of another individual (e.g., a minor or a pet under your care), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to do so and to provide consent on their behalf. If you disagree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform. Unless defined here, terms used in this Policy have the meaning given in our Terms and Conditions, available at www.furfield.online/tos (“Terms”). We recommend reviewing this Policy along with the Terms.This Policy is an electronic record in terms of Indian Contract Act 1872; the Information Technology Act 2000, the rules made thereunder; and the amended provisions pertaining to the electronic records in various other statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

1. Information we collect

When you interact with the Platform, we collect various categories of information to provide, improve, and personalize our Services. This may include:

1.1. Information that you provide to us

(a) Registration Information: Your full name, email address, mobile number, password, and address when you create an Account to use the Platform.(b) Pet Information: Your pet’s name, species, breed, age, gender, medical history, vaccination records, and other details you enter for health record management, Device pairing, or veterinary consultations.(c) Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, UPI ID, or bank account information when you purchase subscriptions, FurField-branded Devices, or other Services (processed securely via third-party payment gateways).(d) User Content: Reviews, feedback, ratings, journal entries about your pet, or messages you send to veterinarians, other users, or our support team through the Platform.(e) Business Account Data: If you register on behalf of a veterinary clinic or pet-care business, we collect your business name, registration documents, licenses, or details of authorized personnel.

1.2. Information from Devices

(a) Health Data: Data generated by FurField-branded Devices (e.g., smart collars or sensors), including vital signs (temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate), activity levels, rest cycles, caloric expenditure, and geolocation coordinates to track your pet’s well-being and location.(b) Device Metadata: Technical details like Device ID, firmware version, battery status, and connectivity logs to ensure proper functioning and support.

1.3. Automatically collected information

(a) Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages visited, features used (e.g., health reports, consultation bookings), time spent, and clicks.(b) Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type (e.g., phone model), and crash reports to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.(c) Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address or precise location from Device GPS (if you enable it) to support geo-tracking features.

1.4. Information from third parties

Data shared by veterinary providers (e.g., consultation notes), e-commerce partners (e.g., order details), or other users in our social community, provided with your consent or according to their terms.

2. How we use your information

2.1. We use your Data only when its legally allowed, primarily to provide you with our Services or meet any legal requirements. We may use your personal data to: (i) verify your identity and set up your Platform account; (ii) Analyse trends and customize your experience; (iii) make better our Services as per the feedback and information we gather; (iv) improve customer service; (v) track transactions and process payments; (vi) send you communications; (vii) market and promote the Services; (viii) fulfil legal obligations; (ix) manage and safeguard our business, Platform and the Services, which includes troubleshooting, data analysis, system testing, and internal operations; (x) fulfil our agreement with you; (xi) enforce Terms of Service; (xii) respond to court orders, assert or defend our legal rights; and (xiii) in any other way we may describe when you provide the personal data to us.

By using our Services and creating an account, you give us consent to contact you via email, phone, or other means to ensure that you receive the Services and are informed about all of its features. You acknowledge and agree that all information related to you, provided directly or indirectly, may be collected, compiled, and shared as needed to provide you with our Services.
2.3. You hereby consent to us that we may disclose your Data to government bodies, courts, or authorities when required by law, court order, or any governmental authority. We will do this in good faith when necessary to enforce this Privacy Policy, comply with laws, or protect our rights.

3. Cookies

3.1. Cookies are small data files which are downloaded to your device through your web browser (if allowed). Cookies help websites recognize your browser and capture specific information. We use cookies to enhance your experience by distinguishing you from other users of the Platform, remembering your preferences, monitoring ads, and gathering data about Platform traffic and interaction.
3.2. Most cookies, referred to as “session cookies” are automatically deleted at the end of Your browsing session. You can choose to disable/block the cookies through your device / browser settings. If you have turned cookies off, you may be prevented from using certain features of the Platform and this may interfere with certain functionality of the Platform.

4. Disclosure of your Data

4.1. We do not sell your Data, however we may share your Data with third parties strictly on a need-to-know bases and only for legitimate purposes connected with the use and performance of the Platform, as described below: (a) Veterinary and Health Service Providers: We may share relevant pet health and user contact data with veterinarians, veterinary clinics, or pet-care professionals engaged by you through the Platform for the purpose of providing consultation, health advice, or care-related services.(b) Delivery and Fulfilment Partners: Your contact and order information may be shared with logistics providers, courier companies, or fulfilment partners to enable the shipment, delivery, or return of FurField-branded Devices or other products ordered through the Platform.(c) Technology and Analytics Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in hosting, operating, analysing, securing, or maintaining our Platform and services. These may include cloud infrastructure providers, device integrators, customer support tools, data analytics platforms, or email marketing partners.(d) Payment Processors: Your payment-related information is shared with third-party payment gateways to process your transactions. We do not store complete payment credentials on our servers. Such processors are required to maintain strict security and confidentiality in line with applicable standards.(e) Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same or equivalent standards of privacy and security as stated in this Policy.(f) Legal or Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your personal data if required to do so under applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. This may include responding to court orders, law enforcement investigations, or regulatory compliance mandates.(g) With Your Consent: In certain cases, we may seek your explicit consent before disclosing your data to third parties not covered above.

5. Payments

5.1. To facilitate secure and efficient payment processing, we integrate with trusted third-party payment gateways. When you make payments through our Platform, your payment information, such as credit or debit card details, UPI IDs, or other payment credentials, is processed directly by the payment gateway providers. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers; only limited transactional information necessary for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and compliance may be retained.
5.2. The payment gateways we use are compliant with applicable laws and standards, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your payment data. By choosing to use the payment services on our Platform, you acknowledge that your Data will be governed by the privacy policies of these third-party providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how your payment information will be handled.

6. Your rights in relation to your Data

6.1. You have the right to view and amend any incorrect or incomplete Data. Should you wish to obtain a copy of your personal information, please email us at support@fusionduotech.com. We may require up to Fifteen (15) days to process your request.
6.2. You can opt out of the promotional content we share with you by following the opt-out instructions provided in such emails. Please note that we may still send you emails about your user account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
6.3. You can access, review, and update your personal data directly through the functionalities provided on our Platform.
6.4. If You believe any of your personal data is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, you can request corrections or deletions. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request and make the necessary changes. We request You to kindly send a written request at support@fusionduotech.com with “Correction” or “Deletion” in the subject line. Processing your request may take up to Fifteen (15) days. Please note that records of your transactions on the Platform will be retained as mandated by applicable law.
6.5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. We request You to kindly send a written request at support@fusionduotech.com with “Withdrawal of Consent” in the subject line. We will verify Your request and process it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit your access and certain features of our Platform and/or Services that rely on that information.

7. Transfer of Data

We comply with applicable laws in respect of storage and transfers of personal data. As a part of your use of the Platform/Services, your Data may be stored in countries other than where you are based. By providing us with your personal data, you agree to its transfer, storage, and processing as described herein.We do not transfer personal data to countries notified as restricted by the Government of India. If such a transfer becomes necessary, we will seek your explicit consent or rely on government-approved mechanisms.

8. Data Security

We use security protocols and privacy features (such as encryption, password protection, and call masking) to safeguard your data, in compliance with applicable laws. Please note that you are responsible for keeping your Account password confidential.We’re not liable for unauthorized access due to lost, stolen, or compromised passwords. If your password is compromised, inform us immediately to help you reset it.

We will keep your personal data as long as It is required to fulfil the purposes and for a reasonable time after your account on the Platform or access to the Services ends, in line with our legal rights and obligations. However, we may retain personal data if: (i) required to comply with any applicable law; (ii) if We believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse; (iii) to enable us to exercise our legal rights and/or defend against legal claims; or (iv) for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain Your data in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes

11. Minors

Our Platform and Services are intended for those who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may access the Platform or its content only with parental or guardian supervision and consent.
